Nile Cruise Itinerary – Luxor to Aswan

Day 1 – Arrival in Luxor

Embarkation on the cruise before lunch.

Lunch onboard. Visit Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple on the East Bank.

Dinner and overnight in Luxor.

Day 2 – Luxor ~ Esna ~ Edfu

Visit the Valley of the Kings, Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, and Colossi of Memnon.

Lunch onboard. Sail to Esna. Cross the Esna Lock. Sail to Edfu.

Dinner and overnight in Edfu.

Day 3 – Edfu ~ Kom Ombo ~ Aswan

 Visit Temple of Horus, one of the best-preserved temples in Egypt.

Lunch onboard. Sail to Kom Ombo. Visit Temple of Kom Ombo, dedicated to Sobek and Horus. Sail to Aswan.

Dinner and overnight in Aswan.

Day 4 – Aswan

Visit High Dam, and Temple of Philae.

Lunch onboard. Felucca (sailing boat) ride around Elephantine Island and Kitchener’s Island.

Dinner and overnight in Aswan.

Day 5 – Aswan (Disembarkation)

Optional early morning excursion to Abu Simbel Temples.

Disembark after breakfast in Aswan.

Visit the High Dam and the Temple of Philae.

Early morning sail to Kom Ombo.

Dinner and overnight onboard in Edfu.

Day 3 – Edfu ~ Esna ~ Luxor

Breakfast on board.

Visit the Temple of Horus.

Sail to Esna and cross the Esna Lock.

Sail to Luxor. Arrival in Luxor, and visit the Luxor Temple.

Overnight in Luxor.

Day 4 – Luxor – (Disembarkation)
